FAQ
How often do you come?
Once a week, on the same day each week. We'll confirm your day after you sign up, and we text you before each visit.
Is the first cleanup really free?
Yes, no matter how long it's been. We take the cost of that visit off your first bill.
Do I need to be home?
No. We come in through your gate, clean up, latch it behind us, and text you a photo.
What if my dogs are outside?
It's best to keep them inside while we're there. If they're friendly and you've told us so, we can work around them. If there's a dog in the yard we weren't told about, we won't go in. We'll text you instead.
What do you do with the poop?
We bag it and take it with us. It doesn't go in your trash can.
What does a cleanup cover?
All the poop we can find and pick up in your backyard. We walk the yard in rows and check along the fence, in the corners, and around the patio. Very soft poop can leave a little behind in the grass, and we'll tell you if it does.
How does billing work?
Your card is charged automatically every 4 weeks through Stripe, and you get a receipt by email. For one dog at the founding price that's $64 for 4 weekly visits. For two dogs it's $76.
What about bad weather?
Rain doesn't stop us. If a storm makes it unsafe, we'll text you and come back within two days.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes, anytime. There's no contract. Use the billing link in your welcome email, or text or email us.
Do you clean front yards too?
We clean the backyard. If your dogs use the front yard too, mention it when you sign up and we'll do both.
